Arrow - The Best TV Series

I do not know what you guys watch in your spare time but this is what I watch and according to me it is the best TV series produced in 2012. You can always correct me if I am wrong but I doubt I would be.

Now on to Arrow. Arrow has a very griping plot that you
are almost compelled to follow every moment of it with your senses. If you are under a duvet like I am most times I am watching movies or series on my laptop, you find yourself pulling it over your head because of the fear of the unknown. Each episode is embedded  with something new and different. The plot is not just a straight narration and uncovery of event. You are linked back with the past in the present. You get to unravel secrets with each coming episode. Although, it is filled with action, the producers did not eliminate comedy and drama from it all. What else could you possibly be looking for in a series? Hot guys?? Did you get to take in the picture above? Hope that was enough to get you to change your mind.
Here goes the synopsis - After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the Pacific. When he returns home to Starling City, his devoted mother Moira, much-beloved sister Thea, and best friend Tommy welcome him home, but they sense Oliver has been changed by his ordeal on the island. While Oliver hides the truth about the man he's become, he desperately wants to make amends for the actions he took as the boy he was. Most particularly, he seeks reconciliation with his former girlfriend, Laurel Lance. As Oliver reconnects with those closest to him, he secretly creates the persona of Arrow - a vigilante to right the wrongs of his family, fight the ills of society, and restore Starling City to its former glory. By day, Oliver plays the role of a wealthy, carefree and careless philanderer he used to be - flanked by his devoted chauffeur/bodyguard, John Diggle - while carefully concealing the secret identity he turns to under cover of darkness. However, Laurel's father, Detective Quentin Lance, is determined to arrest the vigilante operating in his city. Meanwhile, Oliver's own mother, Moira, knows much more about the deadly shipwreck than she has let on and is more ruthless than he could ever imagine.

Who is she? I am yet to find out myself. She is definitely not Arrow but I can say that it is not just Arrow who is  in this vigilante game. He has a competitor

Willa Holland as Thea Queen - Oliver's sister. She is the baby of the house so at times she is portrayed to be lacking insight and inconsiderate while at other times she is portrayed to be very understanding and matured for her age.

Colin Salmon as Walter Steele - Oliver's step dad. I hated him at first but  from what I have  watched so far he does not seem to be as bad as I thought.
